Xpertz HR provides a unique opportunity to those looking for an additional income by referring right candidates. Whenever a vacancy is posted in ‘HOT JOBS’ in our website, anyone can refer a right candidate to us and we will provide a referral incentive in case that candidate is selected and placed.
General Terms
Referral Scheme is applicable only to vacancies posted in our website under “HOT JOBS”category.
A candidate cannot become a ‘Referrer’ for his own candidature.
Requirement details are to be checked thoroughly before referring candidates under this scheme to avoid waste of time to both the Referrer and the Company.
Those who want to refer a suitable candidate may forward candidate resume/ details to the mail id: ‘sunny@xpertzhr.com’ along with Job Code and Referrer details / Referrer code.
If the referred candidate is selected and placed, Referrer will get 20% of the recruitment service charge (subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,000/ per case) as his referral incentive.
Referral incentive will be paid to the Referrer / his spouse as per his instructions through bank account.
Top management only will deal with the Referral scheme and we assure 100% confidentiality
